Philatelic Bureaux and Counters

In Kerala Circle, there are four Philatelic Bureaux, Forty seven authorized counters and Twenty Five authorized offices which sell now postage stamps as and when issued. By depositing a minimum amount of rupees two hundred you can open a Philatelic Deposit account with any one of the four Philatelic Bureaux in the Circle in your name and get all the desired new stamps, first day covers, information brochures, stmp packs, etc delivered at your door step.
